Posiadacze smartfonów i tabletów z systemem Android, będący fanami tzw. city-builderów, otrzymali w ostatnich dniach kolejną okazję ku temu, aby poświęcić kilka godzin na swoją ulubioną, wirtualną aktywność. Wszystko za sprawą firmy Ubisoft i Anno: Build An Empire – strategii ekonomicznej, przygotowanej przez niezależne studio Mi’pu’mi (autorzy Cute Kingdom). Tytuł, oferowany w modelu darmowym z opcjonalnymi mikropłatnościami, od listopada ubiegłego roku dostępny jest na urządzeniach mobilnych firmy Apple. Na początku zabawy gracz kontroluje jedną, stosunkowo niewielką osadę, jednak bardzo szybko poszerza swoje wpływy – aż do momentu, gdy jego włości w pełni zasłużą na miano kolonialnego imperium. Technical aspectsIn terms of graphics, Anno: Build An Empire resembles quite clearly the browser versions of the Anno and The Settlers series, offering detailed models of buildings, made in the characteristic 17th-century style. The game is available in a freemium model, which in practice means a number of limitations encouraging the use of the microtransactions system.
